Were I to write a book, the title would be “Bagels & Tears: A Memoir” Since I have yet to collect enough anecdotes worth retelling, I’ve decided to stick to what I do best: making art. My inspiration varies from traditional ideas influenced by the people in my life to a dream from the decade before.

 

I have been drawing since before I could talk — no surface is safe from my doodling. While I find delight in the exploration of mediums, illustration is my passion. My art is quirky, whimsical, and chock full of feelings I won’t put into words. So far, it appears that my novel may become more of a gallery in the form of an overpriced coffee table book. My work aims to explore the themes in my own life through rose-tinted glasses tinged with a hearty dose of cynicism.
